Terms of Service

1. Pilot scope

HRDepth is currently in Pilot. Service is provided to invited organizations under a pre-production agreement. Features may change, and operational guarantees are limited to the commitments in your Pilot order form.

2. Your account

Access to HRDepth requires an Auth0 account provisioned by your organization’s HR administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for actions taken from your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringes another party’s rights, or includes payment-card data. HRDepth is a workforce-management tool; payroll payment processing is intentionally out of scope.

4. Data ownership

Your organization owns the data you upload. HRDepth processes that data on your behalf to provide the service. See the Privacy Policy for details on storage, retention, and access.

5. Service availability

HRDepth runs on Railway with Cloudflare R2 storage. Uptime targets are tracked internally; production incidents follow the breach runbook (notification within 72 hours per applicable law).

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the Pilot agreement on written notice. On termination, your data is exported per the Privacy Runbook, then deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
